POSA'S MISSION OF
SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Founded in 1998, the Police Officers of Scottsdale Association (POSA) stands dedicated to uplifting and showcasing the positive role of the police profession. Our mission is centered on vigorously safeguarding the rights and benefits of our members, ensuring effective representation and nurturing professional relationships within the community, alongside local, state, and national governmental bodies.

BUILDING A STRONGER SCOTTSDALE

Through POSA Outreach, we are deeply committed to making a tangible and positive impact in our community. This initiative allows us to expand our role beyond law enforcement, fostering a safer, more connected, and supportive environment for all. Our dedication to community service through POSA Outreach is a testament to our belief in building bridges and enhancing the well-being of everyone we serve.

In 2005, we furthered our commitment to community engagement and service by forming POSA Outreach, a 501(c)(3) organization. POSA Outreach embodies our ambition to transcend traditional policing roles, focusing on identifying community needs and mobilizing resources to meet them. Our approach is about 'serve and protect,' and 'seek and support.'
